Soils

*Agrochemical analyses: soil reaction, content of macroelements – nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium; content of microelements – copper, zinc, iron, manganese, boron, molybdenum; organic matter

* Physical analyses: soil particle-size distribution, total and active carbonates

* Chemical analyses: composition of the soil organic matter, sorption capacity; electro-conductivity

* Ecological analyses: content of heavy metals, degree of acidification and salinization

Plants

* Content of macroelements – nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium;

* Content of microelements – copper, zinc, iron, boron, manganese.

Waters

pH, electro-conductivity, content of nitrates, sulfates, phosphates
